Site Information

General Information​

The General Information tab contains personal information about the hotel. The Display Name field allows you to change the name shown on the Hotel Booking Engine (HBE) to the potential guests.

Contact Information​

The Contact Information tab contains information about your staff so we have on-file who to contact. The Site Manager is responsible for setting up and assigning other users to access the iQ-WebBook Admin panel.

Detailed Location​

City Code or Airport Code is used for future use when locating multiple sites for booking.

Latitude / Longitude / Altitude is used so the Map Location can pinpoint the exact location of your hotel. Use Google Maps to locate your hotel and then get the proper Latitude / Longitude.

GMT Adjustment is very important and must be set properly as the location of your site would be different from where the HBE server is located. It is used so we know the exact ending and start of each day for your property depending on the time-zone that you are in.
