Integration

The Integration tab displays the integration between the Hotel Booking Engine and the Property Management System.

Activity Log - Shows the integration for each type of OTA/XML message (Reservations, Rates, Inventory, Sellable Products, Groups Blocks and Hotel Booking Rules)

Pending Reservations - A list of reservations booked in the Hotel Booking Engine but not picked up by the Property Management System.

Error Log - Error messages from that occurred when receiving messages from the Property Management System.
