Description 1 - 4​

At the top of the Hotel Booking Engine (HBE), you can show up to four different topics about your hotel. For example, one can be "About Us", another could be about your Restaurant and another about your spa, and another about "Getting Here". These can be any topic that you feel is important that you want to share with your guests.

Confirmation Letter Extra Paragraph​

iQ-WebBook will send a confirmation letter to the guest once they have booked. This will be an internally designed confirmation letter and is not one of your own confirmation letters inside roomMaster. These letters are specifically designed to work in all cases (Web, IPad, Mobile) and contact all the information about the booking. Use this section to add a paragraph to the confirmation letter at the bottom.

Confirmation Final Page​

Once the booking is completed in the HBE, a confirmation page will appear notifying the guest that the reservation is completed along with a summary. This would be a "Things to Consider" section to tell the guest maybe about attractions in your area, necessary visas or stay requirements in your country, clothing and attire for your hotel, restaurant or resort, what's available for rentals or additional services at your hotel or your local area.

Enter text or a graphic image that will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the HBE. This should be short and it should be tested that what you place here works well in all devices such as Web, IPAD and Mobile. The footer is part of an existing style and if it is not styled properly in HTML, it most likely will not appear centered. We highly recommend using HTML source first (clicking the </> icon in the HTML editor) and then pasting the following:

Note: You will see a bullet in the Description, however, because the style is "list-unstyled", it will not appear in the footer.

General Hotel Policy​

Enter the policies of your hotel that are not specific to Room Types or Rate Types. These should be a smoking policy, CheckIn/CheckOut times, Parking charges and options, Wifi, etc. Again, do not put anything about your cancellation policies as they will appear on the Rate Deposit Descriptions and are specific to the Rate Type the guest selects and appears in another section.

Privacy Policy​

InnQuest Software has a default Privacy Policy. Leaving this blank will show the guest our default Privacy Policy. This section is used to put a new one that is specific to your property if you wish.
