Branding and Themes

Branding and Themes allow you to customize the look of your Hotel Booking Engine.

Branding and Themes

Hide Site Name in Header - Check this to hide the name in the header, usually if the name is already in your graphic.

The banner graphic should be 1150 x 142 pixels.

For specific information on the width and height of the Header Image, please see the CSS Style Guide first.

Themes are a base of how the website will look. The CSS / Advanced is where a web developer will fine-tune the styles and colors based on the CSS Style Guide.

Set the header image used for all email confirmations in the Email section. To ensure proper display, the email header image should be 1150 X 142 pixels and either .jpg or .png.

  • Note: If no image is selected for the confirmation email, the header image selected in the Branding section is used for all confirmation emails.

Widgets

You can optional have a starting page on your own website to link directly into the iQ-WebBook Hotel Booking Engine with populated information such as CheckIn Date, CheckOut Date, etc. Your web developer is responsible for this. The Room Search Widget is an exact that you can simply copy / paste into an email to them so they know exactly how it is done. The form "Action" is specific to your website. Details on Widget programming can be seen here.

CSS / Advanced

When changes are made to the CSS (See CSS - CSS Style Guide), the custom CSS is inserted here. The Insert Image option allows you to insert images (.png,.gif,.jpg file types) that your web developer may reference in the CSS. Objects can be referenced outside of the Hotel Booking Engine, but Cross-Scripting SSL errors will occur if the object isn't coming from a secured location. It is highly recommended to let your web developer know that there is an Image Manager inside iQ-WebBook which is done through the Insert Image button and you may want to give them access to your iQ-WebBook panel to manage the CSS. You can set them up as their own user through the Users function.
