Alerts
Alerts are used to alert the guest once they start their booking of some policy, special option or warning.
Examples of alerts:

If the guest selected the AARP rate that Proof is Required during CheckIn of their AARP and License. (All Dates)

You may want to alert the guest of events that are happening at your hotel during their stay dates such as if the guest is staying over 4th of July, that you may want to tell them that they can buy tickets to see the Fireworks. (Certain Dates)

Maybe the pool is closed during a certain week and you want to alert all guests who book a reservation during that time that the pool will not be available.

Maybe it is Bike Week, Fantasy Fest or that there are special Deposit Requirements that you want to alert the guest of.
Title - Enter a short title of the Alert
Message - Enter a detailed message about the alert.
Priority - This is used to simply color each alert in a way that corresponds to the type of alert, depending on your Branding and Theme.
Rate Code - Optional enter a Rate Code that the Alert will show only if this particular Rate Code is being used for this reservation.
Lower Date / Higher Date - Optional enter a date range that the Alert will show.
