AddOns

AddOns are services that you sell to your guests in addition to the reservation. AddOn's are optional and are setup directly in the Property Management System (roomMaster). You can access AddOns by selecting Setup / Configuration / iQ-WebBook / AddOns (If you do not see this option, then "Uses iQ-WebBook is not turned on. See option #3 here)

For help on setting up AddOn's, use the F1-Help inside roomMaster. The Entry Number is important as this is the connection of the AddOn to the AddOn pictures in iQ-WebBook.

  1. We recommend numbering all your AddOn Entry Number's by 5's or 10's so you can insert other AddOn's in the future.

  2. Each time you add or modify AddOns on the iQ-WebBook AddOns (Shopping Cart) window in roomMaster, you will need to send an update to WebBook so the items are in sync. The simplest method to do this, after making any changes to AddOns is to close the Configuration window and immediately trigger a full rate update (Setup > Rates Management > Trigger WorldLink Update) This will send a current copy of the AddOns up to WebBook.
