Setting up Pictures
Every single picture should be resized or cropped (not shrunk!) to exactly 960 x 640 and should be only png or jpg for best viewing. Please do not do BMP as they are too large and not good as scaling or creating thumbnails.
Room Pictures
When you have your room pictures ready, it is best to have them by name of your room type and then the index. For example:
- DLX_01.jpg
- DLX_02.jpg
- DLX_03.jpg
- KING_01.jpg
- KING_02.jpg
Usually the 01 would a picture of the room, the 02,03,04 would be the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, etc.

Hotel Pictures
You should also have a fair number of pictures of your hotel, including the lobby, restaurants, grounds, pool, fitness room, meeting space, and anything else that will sell your hotel and look good. Again, make sure they are 960 x 640. Please name them in the order in which they will be displayed. We recommend starting with a picture of the hotel, then the lobby, and then into the other areas of the hotel. Please keep them in order, so for example, if you have three for the restaurant – make sure they are HOTEL_05, HOTEL_06 and HOTEL_07 so they come together.

- HOTEL_02.jpg
- HOTEL_03.jpg
- Etc
Please remember that that PICTURES sell your hotel and entice your guests. They should be professional, clean, and the your very best foot forward in trying to get people to want to stay at your hotel of course. Do not put room pictures in the Photo Gallery. They will automatically show beneath.

The banner graphic should be 1150 x 142 pixels. The hotel banner appears at the top of the booking engine. The theme and the banner are controlled in the Branding and Themes section of the Configuration. It needs to be properly sized and styled. Please do not just put an picture here with any size.
