Mobile guide for housekeepers

The Housekeeping module is designed to help housekeeping staff efficiently manage their daily tasks and responsibilities. This mobile-friendly application allows housekeepers to view assigned tasks, update task status, add comments, and communicate with housekeeping managers in real-time.

Accessing the Housekeeping Module​

To access the Housekeeping module:

  1. Login to your roommaster Web account
  2. Navigate to the home page
  3. Click on the Housekeeping card to enter the module

Once you're in the Housekeeping module, you'll have access to your assigned tasks, room details, and all the tools needed to complete your housekeeping duties effectively.

  • View and manage your assigned tasks
  • Update task completion status
  • Add comments and notes to tasks
