Duetto

Duetto is a Revenue Management and Rate tuning system.

There are two SQL Queries (which start with Duetto) which need to be used when starting to use the integration, which will send all the information to Duetto in batch format.

Reservation data is sent to Duetto on a regular basis using iQ-WorldLink. A configuration needs to be setup as follows:

(ONLY SETUP THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS AND OPTIONS AND NOTHING ELSE)

  • Description: Duetto
  • Message Type: Open Travel
  • Creator ID: Duetto
  • Hotel Code: (given by Duetto)

Reservations​

  • General / Timer Setting: 5
  • Special / Outbound Reservation (Full Two Way) - all checked except Credit Card

Inventory​

  • Timer Setting: 5AM
  • Rate Code: Default Rate
  • Max Days: 365
  • Send Inventory Updates and Daily Charges

Transmission​

  • Inbound Processing: None
  • Outbound Processing: HTTP - Post to Executed Script
  • Max Per Packet: 01

HTNG​

  • Username (given by Duetto)
  • Password (given by Duetto)
  • ToSystemID: Duetto
