iQ-Worldlink Global Options

This button is located on the WorldLink Configuration screen that displays all the interfaces WorldLink is connected to.

Send Inventory Updates (In Minutes) Enter a time interval for WorldLink to send inventory and rate updates made in roomMaster to the Trading Partner/GDS. The default time interval is 5 minutes.

Outbound Reservation Updates (In Minutes) Enter a time interval forWorldLink to send outbound reservation updates to the Trading Partner/GDS. The default time interval is 5 minutes.

Do not Synchronize with Internet Date/Time Server When iQ-WorldLink starts up, it will by default check with a local internet time server to make sure the correct Date and Time are set on the server. It is very important that the Date/Time is always correct when interfacing with external trading partners. It is recommended to only check this box if the iQ-WorldLink system is changing the Workstation/Server time incorrectly.

NOTE: If you find that it is changing the time incorrectly, check your Windows Date/Time settings to make sure the right Time Zone and Daylight Savings Time settings are correct before checking this box as that may be the reason the date/time setting it not working properly.
