iQ-Schedule Printing

This option allows you to preview and print the calendar screen and iQ-Schedule reports.

Print Preview - Displays a print preview of the calendar screen.

Print Setup - Configure how the calendar screen will print with this option

Day view options - Enter a time range to print per day and then select the print range option. Unchecked, the default time frame for the calendar is printed.

Date header - Check this option to print a date header. Select the Filter icon option to change the font format of the header.

Headers and Footers - Enter a header or footer for the schedule. Use the Header Footer icon option to select preset options to be included in the Header or Footer.

Note: Use &b to justify the entries. Any entries after the first &b entered will be center justified. Entries after the second &b will be right justified.

Print Schedule - Prints the calendar screen without a preview using the options selected in Print Setup.
