Send To - Enter a valid email address or mobile/cell address. For example, myemail@hotel.com or 8132884900@mobile.att.net. The field can hold up to 128 characters. To enter multiple email addresses, separate them with a semi-colon, for example john@hotel.com ; mary@hotel.com.

Message Format - Select the format to send the message

Email - Select this format if the message is going to a regular email account such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or your own domain. The message is formatted as HTML and sent with extended information.

XML - Select this format if you want the message to go to an application or application server to read the data, parse it, and do something else with it. The message is formatted as TEXT/XML and sent with extended information.

CC To - Enter valid email or mobile/cell addresses that should receive the message also.

Information to Include

Select the options on what information from the audit and additional information should be included in the message.
