If the system is not working properly, the Keylock Processor program or the Keylock Interface window will return an error message.
A request is already being made for this encoder device - If you are sure no other request is being made, simply press the Reset button.
Key Device did not answer request - There is no live connection between the Interface Processor and the TESA computer. Make sure the cable is secure, the Initialize button is "Gray" and the TESA computer is setup in PMS mode. Reboot the computer and try the operation again. The roomMaster computer has sent an Enquiry (are you there) message to the TESA computer and the TESA computer is not answering.
Unknown room - The TESA computer is not setup to make keys for the room assigned. Make sure you are keying in the room correctly (with or without a leading zero) and that it is a valid roomMaster room and a valid TESA room. Contact your manager for help.
Invalid Workstation Number - You are trying to process keycards on a workstation that does not have a license to do keylock operations. Contact the InnQuest Software sales department or your software vendor.
Unknown Response Received for Workstation - The system is running under the wrong baud rate, parity or data bit setting. Make sure it is running at 1200 8,n,2 and make sure the TESA computer is setup the same.
NAK Received for Workstation - The TESA machine is unable to handle requests to make keys at this time. It may be down for maintenance.
Overflow - The TESA device is busy at this time, maybe processing other requests or maintenance. Try again later.
