User Password and Settings

User settings are accessed by clicking on the User Icon and selecting an option.

Update Password​

When the user selects this tab, they will have to type their current password, then type their new password twice to ensure it is entered correctly. All entries are masked. Once the current and new password are entered, select the Change Password Now button to update the password.

Your Information​

Additional information is optionally entered here. While not used directly in roomMaster, your company may opt to use this information for contact lists.

Items entered here include Gender, primary phone and cell phone numbers.

User Settings​

The option to reset report favorites here will remove reports from the current users Favorite Reports list.

Change User​

If enabled, this option will log the current user out and display the roomMaster sign on screen to allow another person to easily log into the system.

Exit​

This functions the same as the Exit icon and will close roomMaster.
