Room In Use
If your computer freezes or the roomMaster application ends abnormally, you may have a room "In-Use" when it really is not. To correct this, go to Housekeeping menu and mark the room as Vacant.
If this does not work, select Setup > Rebuild Forecast
If this still does not correct the problem, select Setup > Configuration > Manage > Verify Database Files.
You must have access to these Menu Items --- if you do not, you must contact your supervisor for help.
