Access Violation
Exceptions, Access Violations and General Protection Faults (commonly known as GPF's) happen when the program does something it wasn't suppose to which you probably have no control over. Sometimes the program running needs some tweaking to fix the problem, or there is a conflict with another program running on the system. When this happens, a screen appears with computer low-level details of what happened prior to the GPF.

Note the file name (IQEXCEPTION???.LOG) in the Access Violation window.

Use the Copy to Clipboard button to copy the window information to your Windows Clipboard.

Send email to InnQuest support (support@Innquest.com) by pasting (CTRL+V) the clipboard contents as well as attaching the log file indicated in item 1 above.
This is usually enough information to correct the issue/problem.
Please check the roomMaster Support "Fixes in Progress" located from the Website toolbar button to make sure the report hasn't already been logged as there may already be a fix for the problem.
