Your hotel name and address must be entered in this field exactly as appears on the registration form and invoice. If you do not have a registration code, you must leave the name as "*** Demo Version ***". The registration code must be entered exactly as it appears on the roomMaster invoice using all letters. Your registration code for roomMaster is unique and must only be used in one location. If you run roomMaster at different sites or different servers, you must purchase another license.

If you are using roomMaster as an evaluation copy, the registration code should be blank.

The information entered on the screen appears at the top of the guest bill, statement and printouts. Note that the system automatically capitalizes each word as it is typed.
