GDS Channels

If the rate code is sent to a Global Distribution System (GDS) through the WorldLink interface, the channel is listed on this tab. It will also display whether the rate is the default rate for the GDS or an other, additional rate being sent.

When rates are sent to the GDS/Channel, there is one default rate code (the master rate being sent) and then there can be "Other Rate Codes". Depending on the GDS/Channel, you can send one rate or you can send multiple rates (Default Rate + Other Rates). For more information on seeing what interfaces can handle single or multiple rates, please see this web page: https://www.innquest.com/channel-manager/

The Default Rate code must be sent from within iQ-WorldLink (the interface program which runs on your server). Additional rates can then be added or deleted from within this screen. If the rate code that is in roomMaster is different from the rate code at the GDS/Channel (Host), then you can add double-click on any entry and create a translation. (ie: RACK is 11111 at the GDS/Channel)
