Confirm Screens

In some instances, you may want your users to recite back to the guest making the reservation a certain bit of information. Some hotel chains require a confirmation over the phone must be read in a particular order.

The Confirm Screen allows you to create a prompt screen to appear every time a reservation is made, changed or cancelled. If the text for any or all of these instances is blank, the prompt screen will not appear.

You may even want to create a simple prompt screen just to display to the operator to verify that they have indeed entered the information correctly.

The Confirm Screen works in the same way as the confirmation letter using the variables. (CHECKIN)
