Menu Profiles
Setup > Menu Profiles
Managers can create up to 99 "Menu Classes". With each class, every menu item can be turned either on or off. This menu security applies to all clerks, auditors and supervisors.
A Menu Class is assigned to each user profile. A Menu Class can be copied, for example, if a certain user has all the menu rights of someone else, with some exceptions. When the user signs on, any menu item that set as Disabled will be grayed out and not accessible to the user.
Considerations when setting up menu profiles:
- Do not create a separate menu class for every employee. Think in terms of groups of employees.
- If a special employee needs the same menu items as another group with minor alterations, copy an existing class and then make the modifications.
- Only a select number of Supervisors should have a menu class of All Access.
- Managers do not use menu classes and can access all menu items.
To create or modify menu security: (Managers Only)

- Create or modify an existing menu class
