Profile Cleaning Tool

Setup > Configuration > History > Profile Cleaning Tool

The Profile Cleaning Tool is used to remove information from data fields in Guest Profiles. Check the boxes for the fields you want removed from all guest profiles and then press Erase. Removing data from fields for specific profiles must be done manually.

The Profile Cleaning Tool should be used if you have been using roomMaster and saving guest profiles, but are using the Do not save more than address and name to Guest Profile option under Setup > Configuration > History. This will remove any information previously saved on the profile, preventing it from being included in any future reservations for guests with a profile.
