Dayend Close - Corporate Reporting

Setup > Configuration > Guest Ledger > Dayend Close Options > Corporate Reporting tab

InnQuest's Corporate Reporting Module allows management companies to eliminate daily faxing/mailing of reports and have access to each property's marketing, financial and statistical information in one corporate SQL database. If you have multiple sites all running roomMaster, and have the Corporate Reporting Module installed at the corporate office, each of the parameters on this screen will indicate how the data is transferred to the corporate office. This module is sold separately.

Site Number The site number which is assigned by the corporate office

Run Corporate Module should be checked when this module is installed.

Disable File Updates should be checked if advised by your corporate office. This stops changes to User Fields and Account Codes at the site level.

Send/Process Travel Agent Commissions should be checked if advised by your corporate office. This sends the Travel Agent information to the corporate office to be processed rather than on site.
