Report Writing Views

When using the SQL query, you have access to additional tables known as "Views". These views will give you access to a pre-selected view of the data, some of the views include:

View_UserNames​

All users in the system to be used to connect user initials to Full Names.

View_RoomTypes​

A listing of all room types and room descriptions Includes:

  • Description
  • If it is a meeting room (MTGROOM)
  • The Room Group it is part of (ROOMGROUP)

View_HoldTypes​

A listing of all hold types and hold descriptions.

View_UserField1​

A listing of all UserField 1 descriptions

View_UserField2​

A listing of all UserField 2 descriptions

View_FolioBalance​

A listing of all inhouse folio balances (Sum of all Sub-Folios)

View_POSUsernNames​

All users in the iQ-POS system can be used to connect SALES_PERSON > CODE for full name
