iQ-Schedule

iQ-Schedule is the scheduling program available from InnQuest Software. For more information or to purchase iQ-Schedule, contact your local InnQuest Software representative.

The iQ-Schedule tab appears only when a guest profile is attached to a reservation. Click on the Goto iQ-Schedule button to access the program. Any scheduled events for the guest profile on the reservation are displayed including the date, time, calendar, event description and guest name. Scheduled events outside the date range of the reservation display a yield sign icon. The text on the tab turns red when events are scheduled.

Cancelling Reservations and Events

You can be prompted to cancel scheduled events when a reservation is cancelled. In iQ-Schedule select Manage > Options > Prompt to Cancel Events when Cancelling Reservations.

With this option selected, when Cancel Reservation is selected for a reservation with scheduled events, a prompt screen appears displaying all scheduled events for the guest profile attached to the reservation. Select Cancel Reservation or Bill as No Show as appropriate for the guest reservation. Then, check the option to Cancel all above in range events and/or Cancel all above out of range events to cancel the events. All events for the range(s) selected will be canceled. Canceling only specific events in the range(s) must be done from iQ-Schedule. Unchecked, the events remain in iQ-Schedule attached to the guest profile.
