Reservations - Profile

Once a guest profile has been attached to a reservation or a folio, the Profile tab automatically appears. In this screen, personal information, folio history, and future reservation information appears allowing the user to quickly determine how often the guest stays at your property. This can assist in deciding which guests to upgrade in a sold out situation or even as a nice gesture for the guests birthday or anniversary. Fields updated here will be updated on the guest profile also.

To see the full guest profile, from the Profile tab in the reservation or guest property record, click on Goto Profile.
