Inventory Only Reservation

An Inventory Only Reservation is a reservation for a guest who is using an Inventory Item, a package or special charge, but not actually using a room. This is also used for Group Master billing to track deposits and post charges prior to arrival.

To create an "Inventory Only Reservation", use the same process as you would a regular reservation, but set the number of rooms field to zero.

Example of Inventory Only Reservations would be reservations for Meeting Rooms, Reservations for items such as snowmobiles and horses, or other items you may sell on your property.
