Variables - Special Packages

The package description, special note, start date and end date can be added to confirmation letters for up to four Special Packages using the following variables. It is recommended to use an HTML letter and create a table to clearly indicate the packages which have been added to the guest reservation.

Where x is a value 1 through 4 to indicate which Special Package.

The system allows up to four special packages to display in a confirmation letter. You must create a variable in the letter for each index, normally the max amount of special packages that you would assign to a guest. The index is determined by the order the special packages are displayed on the reservation. If you will only have one special package assigned to a guest, then you would only need to include variables using index 1.

Since not all guests will have a special package, you may want to do this in a RunTime Variable and only include it if the VAR:DAILYCHARGE > 0
