Using Calculated fields from Calculated Fields

The following calculated run-time fields can also be used in your run-time calculations, provided you place "VAR:" in front of the variable so the system knows it is an internally calculated field. An example is if you want to do a calculation off one of the calculated internal fields.

VAR:GRANDTOTAL * .5 for example would give you half the value of the reservation

VAR:GRANDTOTAL * 1.20 for example would calculate the total value of the reservation if 1.2 were the foreign currency conversion.

VAR:TOTALROOM Total Room Amount

VAR:TOTALTAX Total Room Tax

VAR:SUBTOTAL Total Room Amount and Room Tax

VAR:DAILYCHARGE Total Daily Charge

VAR:DAILYTAX Total Daily Charge Taxes

VAR:DAILYCHARGETAX Total Daily Change and Tax

VAR:GRANDTOTAL Total Of all Above

VAR:BALANCE Balance due after deposit

VAR:ROOMMOVES Number of Room Moves the guest will be doing. 0=No Room Moves (Normal/Regular stay)
