PDF, Email and Combine

The option to PDF, Email and Combine reports is available.

PDF (Portable Document Format) is a format used to save a report to a format readable by other computers over the internet. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that lets you view and print these documents on all major computer platforms. To download Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to the Adobe website at www.adobe.com

Viewing and Creating PDF files

All documents are saved in the Property Share folder. It is up to the user to organize/delete PDF files when they are no longer needed.

Adobe Acrobat is not needed on the workstation when creating the document, but it is required to View the document.

Can PDF's be sent using SMTP?

PDF's can be sent using SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) that is configured in Internet Settings. This is the recommended method for sending any emailed information from roomMaster.
