Mass Print Folios allows you to print all the folios of guests who are checking out, so you can place the folio under their door at night so they have it in the morning. This allows guests to easily pre-check their bill before they come to the desk making your checkout process more efficient. You can just simply check the guest out and they can keep their existing folio.

You can also print the weather on the folio so when the guest receives the folio under their door, they can see what the weather is (today and tomorrow) before they leave their room. This can be a nice touch for guest satisfaction,.

To get the weather, you can manually key in the information to print on the folios.
