Guest Services

The guest services options allows you to enter directions, local attractions, information about local churches, parks, recreations, etc. which your guests may request. By entering the data in to the Guest Services database, you are able to print the information to your printer and give it to the guest.

Enter a category which will group information together such as Churches/Catholic, a description could be St. Ann's Church and information could be the directions, times of masses and phone numbers.

Sorting is done on the category field - this will help keep related information together.

Enter a website link for locations that have a website. Enter the menu page for a local restaurant to easily show guests.
