Sheet Changes

Sheet changes are used for properties who do not change guest sheets every day. Some properties clean the room, however, do not change sheets everyday for stayovers. You can set the number of days to change the sheets on a room-by-room basis.

To change number of days for sheet changes, select Setup > Configuration > Reservations > Room Numbers

  • To change all the rooms at once, select Mass Update Housekeeping

  • To change each room individually, press Change and change the Sheet Change Days field.

If the room is occupied, the system will indicate on the associates report "Yes" when they should change the sheets. This is indicated during each increment set on each room. When running the Associates report (Under Reports / Housekeeping), you also have the option indicate that if it is time to change the sheets, but the guest is leaving the next day, skip the sheet change.

You must make an entry for each room in the room information screen. If the days for sheet change is set to zero, you will be notified every day.

All Dirty (but not occupied) rooms will always indicate to change the sheets.
