Housekeeping Reports

Housekeeping Report by Room/Status

This report prints all rooms and their status for the housekeeper, sorted by either room number or room status. Select the range of rooms and the status of the rooms to include on the report. Checking the Ignore from report if Service is No Service only prints rooms that should be serviced that day. Set the No Service request for guest from the Housekeeping tab on the Guest Folio Properties. All occupied rooms with a check out date on the current audit date have "C/O" printed in the C/O column to indicate that the room will be checking out. "Stay" will appear in the C/O column for rooms not checking out on the current audit date. Also, any comments listed in the Housekeeping section of guest ledger properties are printed. The housekeeper can then mark next to each room the new status after the room has been cleaned.

Normal - Not Sold

If the Housekeeping Report shows this status, it indicates that the room needs to be cleaned (currently marked as Dirty) but there is no revenue or use of the room on the previous Audit Date. This may be an indication of loss of revenue or "improper use of the room" and should be investigated.

Associates Report

This report is similar to the Housekeeping report except that only Vacant/Dirty and occupied rooms are listed. You can also specify how many rooms are to be listed per printed sheet of the report. This is useful in dividing up the cleaning detail for multiple associates. After specifying the range of rooms to be listed on the report, enter the number of rooms to be printed per sheet of the report. Custom Associates Report

The Custom Associates Report allows you to define groups of rooms for each associate, breaking pages on groups instead of a specified number of records. In addition, the order in which the rooms print out within each group can be configured. Configure the Custom Associates Report by clicking on Run Report, then Custom Setup. To add a room to a group or change the group setting for a room, double-click on the room or select the room and click on Update. Enter the group name and the ranking for where it should print in the report. Lower numbers print first. Each successive Update copies in the last group name used.

Rooms Sold/Used Analysis

This report lists each room, their status, the number of times the room was sold/used in the current and previous years, as well as the last date the room was sold/used. Enter the range of rooms to be listed on the report.
