Global Post Transactions

The Global Post Transactions option allows you to post the same transaction to all inhouse folios. All folios are included. You have the option to pick whether or not to include guest who have a zero rate (no rate posted for current date) as well.

Post to B folio if exist - If this option is checked, if a B folio (second sub-folio) exist, the global transaction will be posted to that sub-folio instead of the main folio. This is used if you want incidental charges to appear on the sub folio.

It is important to note that once this option starts that ALL folios will be subject to this posting. If you try this option a second for the same day for the same account code, you will be warned that this type of global transaction has already been processed.

This is usually used for post parking or safe charges at the end of the day to all folios.

You can select to post to all folios, folios that do not belong to a group, or only folios that belong to a particular group.
