Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts lists all available accounts setup in the system. To setup/modify their accounts, select Setup > Configuration > Guest Ledger > Account Codes.

Once you are viewing the Chart of Accounts, you can sort the list by selecting the header area by Code, Description, or External Account.

Drill Down - Select an account code in the list, and then select the Show Account History button. Here, a summary of the account code will be displayed. You can click on any of the column headers to resort the list. Click once to ascending and click again for descending.
