Unwelcomed Guest List
The unwelcomed guest list allows you to enter the name and address of a guest that is not welcomed in your hotel/motel or if you want to be warned when this user checks in. This may be because of damage the guest has caused in the past, a delinquent bill the guest owes or someone has told you this guest may be a problem.
To place a guest on an unwelcomed list, select Guest Information and then Guest Profiles.
-
If the guest is already in the list, select Change and then select the checkbox on the bottom left called "Place Guest On Unwelcomed Guest List". If you would like a reason or any additional information to be included enter it in the notes box of the profile.
-
If the guest is not in the list, you can press Insert and add a new record.
