Find Group Availability

Use the Find Group Availability option to help find the best time to take a Group booking when booking the group by Room Type.

First Date / Last Date: Enter a lower and higher range of dates in which the group is willing to stay.

Select CheckIn Day of the Week - Check each day of the week the group is willing to Check In on.

Skip if any day is over: If any day has occupancy greater or equal this amount, the day will be skipped in the found availability.

Room Requirements - Create the group requirements by pressing Add/Update, and selecting the Room Type and day of stay.

For example, a group is willing to stay anytime in June or July, and the check-in day has to be on a Friday. The group needs 10 KING beds and 10 QUEEN beds for 2 nights each.

  1. Enter a First Date of June 1 and a Last Date of July 31.
  2. Check only Friday
  3. Select 1 for Day and select King Bed for Room Type, change the rooms column to 10 and then press Add/Update.
  4. Press Copy +1 to easily setup day the second day.
  5. Select 1 for Day and select Queen Bed for Room Type, change the rooms column to 10 and then press Add/Update.
  6. Press Copy +1 to easily setup day the second day.
  7. Press the Find Availability button to list all available days.

If an acceptable availability range appears, highlight the desired row, enter a Group Coded and Group Name and then press Create Group.

Group Availability Options

Open to Sell - Total number of available rooms (of all room types regardless of ones selected for group) to sell for the Checkin/Checkout range.

CI Low Rate - The lowest rack rate available on the CheckIn Date for the room types selected.

CI High Rate - The highest rack rate available on the CheckIn Date for the room types selected.

Lowest Occ - The lowest total occupancy for any day during the CheckIn/CheckOut period.

Highest Occ - The highest total occupancy for any day during the CheckIn/CheckOut period.

- Shoulder - The occupancy for the day previous to the CheckIn Date

+ Shoulder - The occupancy for the day after the CheckOut date.

OOOS - The grand total of all rooms Out of Order or Unavailable during the CheckIn/CheckOut period.
