Future Direct Bill

Lists all upcoming reservations and folios which are assigned as Direct Bill to the selected company.

  • Date - Lists Today, Tomorrow, and then for each Year/Month

  • Folios - Number of Folios/Reservations

  • Rm Nights - The total number of room nights

  • Direct Bill Total - The anticipated amount that will be Direct Bills (All charges or current unposted C/L charges)

  • Room Revenue - The total room revenue generated for the folio

  • ADR - Room Revenue / Rm Nights

The Direct Bill Total for inhouse folios is the total due for Folio A only - assuming that all other sub-folios would be personal (non direct bill) charges. Any posted City Ledger charges (ie: 210/211) that have already posted to the City Ledger account would not be included.

The Room Revenue does not include taxes (Exclusive of Taxes) unless Revenue Reports contain inclusive taxes is turned on. (Setup / Configuration / Guest Ledger / Taxes / Tax Options)
