City Ledger Reports
City ledger reports are available from the reports menu. Select the City Ledger and Companies category from the reports screen to print the following reports.
C/L Account Statements
A statement for each Direct Bill Account/Customer who is marked as "Print Statement" will print in the order specified. Select your Report Range by picking a Lower and Higher Company and/or Company Class. The Print Order can be set to print in Account or Name order. See Statement Defaults in the Defaults menu for more statement printing options. Statements fit in standard windowed envelopes for easy mailing — labels do not need to be generated.
When Show Foreign Currency button on Transaction screen is selected in Setup > Configuration > Guest Ledger, checking Convert to another currency allows you to print the statement in the alternate currency selected. See Foreign Currency for information on entering alternate currencies.
C/L Credit Balance Accounts
Prints a report of City Ledger accounts that have credit balances.
C/L Customer Account Listing
Listing of all city ledger accounts, open balances, last sale and last payment.
C/L Customer Aging Report
Print city ledger accounts and their 30/60/90/120 aging bucket totals.
C/L Customer History Report
Print detailed invoice and payment listing for each city ledger account.
C/L Customer Ranking Report
Rank each city ledger account by revenue generated.
C/L Delinquent Accounts
Print overdue city ledger accounts.
C/L Open Invoice Listing
Print all city ledger invoices that have balances, grouped by company.
C/L Over Credit Limit Report
Print all city ledger accounts that have exceeded their credit limit.
Company Address Labels
Print mailing labels for all entries in Company Master.
Company History Report
Print revenue totals for each company account.
Company Ranking Report
Rank each company account by revenue generated.
Company Ranking Report
Rank each company account by revenue generated.
Company Sales Report
Company Revenue by Sales Center.
