Charts and Graphs

The following charts and graphs are included in the Reports section:

  • Occupancy by Day shows occupancy percentage on a day-to-day basis.
  • Occupancy by Month shows occupancy percentage on a month-to-month basis.
  • Revenue Analysis shows future revenue compared to future reservations. Past revenue can also be displayed.
  • Manager's Daily Analysis shows Room Revenue, ADR/RevPAR, and the Ledger Balances on a daily basis.
  • Manager's Yearly Analysis shows Room Revenue, ADR/RevPAR, and the Ledger Balances on a monthly basis
  • Monthly Account Balance shows revenue by account monthly. It is highly recommended to use Account Filters.
  • Transaction History shows revenue by account code day-by-day. It is highly recommended to use Account Filters.
  • Rates Analysis shows past revenue by rate code (RACK, AARP, etc).
  • Room Use Details show room usage and room revenue by Room Type, Room Number and Room Group.

All charts are pre-designed by InnQuest Software, but can be customized to display the data in a way that best suits your needs. See the Displaying Data section for detailed information on how to customize charts and graphs.

Use the Display as Chart... option to "see" the information from the screen you are viewing. roomMaster will convert the data from the current screen and display it as a chart. The option is available in the following areas:

roomMaster​

  • F5 - Reservations - Reservations by employee, rate code or user fields can be displayed.

  • F10 - Housekeeping - Checkins, checkouts, stayovers and current room statuses along with the number of adults, children and total people can be charted.

  • Company Master Credit Info tab - The current open balance and amounts due from each aging bucket is displayed. The average balance for all amounts owed is also included.

iQ-POS​

  • Items and Inventory - Review charts and graphs by Item, Category, and Classification. Chart options include the most and least popular items sold by quantity and value along with quantity and value of units sold by time frame and employee.

Discounts - Display the number and value of discounts applied over a time frame as a chart or graph.
