Unlock Guest Folio/Reservation
If roomMaster is shut down abnormally – such as during a power loss – folios and reservations in use during the shut down will be locked when roomMaster is restarted.
When a user tries to enter a locked folio or reservation, an error message will be displayed indicating that it is locked.
Before unlocking a folio or reservation, double-check that no other user is in it.
Select Unlock Records from the Front Desk menu, choose either Folios or Reservations and then enter the folio or confirmation number, then click on Ok.
In-Use on the F4-Availability Window
If you still see In-Use on the F4-Availability window, or the above does not unlock the record then choose the following option which will always unlock all records and flags within the system:
Setup > Configuration > Manage > Verify Database Files
