What should I do first?

We know you are anxious to start entering your rooms and reservations, but we recommend you first review all the setup options to make sure that all the options in setup are configured to work well for your property. All the Setup options are located by selecting Setup and then Configuration. There is a Quick-Start Video link which walks you through all the Setup/Configuration and Menu Security options. We highly recommend that you start here. All the setup help topics are listed in Setup and Configuration.

Please note: The roomMaster system uses an audit date to manage a complete days work. This means that even though it is past midnight, the audit date will not change until a dayend close process (Night Audit > Dayend Close) has completed.
