Current Statistics

Current statistics gives you snapshot of what is currently happening in an outlet. Access the current statistics through Terminal > Other Functions > Employee Report/Options > Current Statistics. The current open checks and closed checks for the current shift in the outlet are displayed by employee, including the total number of checks, covers and the average time. Use this information to quickly see if any servers might need assistance. Again, only information for the outlet configured for this workstation will display. Select a different outlet by going to Maintenance > Configuration and Settings > Workstation Settings > Outlet Configuration tab.

Financial information is also included giving a check total breakdown by employee and a grand total. The sales average per table and per cover are also displayed along with sales per hour.

Finally, Unit sales are displayed for the past three hours, allowing you to see what categories of items have been sold.

Check the Include Closed Shifts box to include sales from previous shifts. Only sales posted since the last Dayend in iQ-POS was completed are displayed.
