Printer Duplication

In addition to Expediter printing, you have ability to completely duplicate a kitchen ticket to other printers. When you duplicate a printer, ALL items from that printer ticket are duplicated to another printer.

If the items are already duplicated as Expediter, then you should not reduplicate the ticket or you'll end up with three tickets.

You can setup a maximum of five different duplication printers.

Remote Printer: Enter the printer number (source) where the ticket is originally created, which is the printer assigned to the category or items in iQ-POS

To Printer: Enter a valid printer ID of another printer that will receive the duplicate ticket.

If the printer no longer exists, or is deleted, it is recommended to clear (zero out) the Printer Duplication entry.
